Mail/FAX Orders: Complete and return the order form. Be sure to include the total cost including postage and handling charges. New Jersey residents add 6% sales tax. Please keep a copy of the order in your files. Please do not send cash or stamps. YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRE-PAYMENT. We do ship COD/Cash order. There is an extra $5.00 COD charge. All payment outside the United States has to be made by Credit Card, Cashiers Check or Money Order in U.S. dollars. No personal checks will be accepted.
Charge Your Order: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for payment of all telephone, fax, e-mail and mail orders. When placing your order, please indicate which card you wish to use and provide your card account number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the card.
Delivery: Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery by UPS. (We cannot ship UPS to a P.O. box address.) All orders sent by UPS and Airborne Express are guaranteed arrival to destination; however orders mailed to a P.O. Box address are not guaranteed and will be solely the customers responsibility.
Returns: Written permission is required before returning any merchandise. Requests for returns must be made within 90 days of receiving the publications. Credit will be given only for books received in salable condition. No credit will be allowed on shipping charges: all return shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility. All non-book items e.g. tapes, video's, etc. are non-refundable. If there is a manufacturer defect we will replace the defective item.
Refunds: For returned items or overpayment, allow seven (7) business days for a refund check or credit applied to your account.
